When I was 25 I worked through a labor hall and was on a job running a 90 pound jackhammer constantly for 10 hour shifts five days a week during August.
The boss was an A hole and back then I could piss quickly, you old guys know what I’m talking pissing. Well my back hurt so bad after a couple weeks I had to go stand in the HOT fly infested port-a-potty every hour for five minutes even when I didn’t have to piss. 30 minute poops weren’t happening with that boss or under those hellish conditions.

Good mornin' y'all! Another cold snowy day here as well. Hopefully back into the 50s by next week.

Anyone from the CNY region? I've seen a few western NY references here and there. If so, I got a bag of coffee in the mail from this small roaster in Syracuse. Pretty decent stuff. I'd give it 4 out of 5 stars. Not as good as what I usually get but it is less than half the price making it quite good for the money. Recommended for sure. Especially this blend here:

Doc says it's probably my sciatica cuz my right hip took such a hit from the osteoporosis. Gotta decide whether or not to do the bone treatment or not
