I just discovered that if I keep my dry at 75%+ RH and 50 F for the first 5 days I hardly need to cure it at all. Wow, I'm learning stuff. I almost got my head around Spanish grammars the other day too. At my age. I honestly think it's the intermittent fasting I'm on now. It makes having no sugar so easy and I think it's making smarter. That OR it's making me dumber and making me so stupid that I think I'm getting smarter.
