Roof! Foundation is also fucked! Probably why the company that owned it and rented it out is putting it on the market! Doing that with several houses jn this area! If they all are sans gutters than they may all have foundation issues!

@JP1 this is a baby compared to the cracks in the living room ceiling! Even the tile floor in kitchen is cracking from the shifting!
