I smoke/char them over pimento chips, then grind them into oil as part of my jerk paste.

Hot...then not...........so you can still Taste after them.

We grew Trinidad Scorpions.....and they had a 20 minute afterburn ........

But how do you guys feel about it so far? Easy enough to enter? Simple enough? Fair enough?

have dug up my habanero's from the garden and overwintered them inside!

Mine is in a pot on the patio...just weather dependent on if it survives or if I have to germ again.......

First year in the garden mine were left to die in the garden....and survived.
Next year I nurtured them...cut the weeds down....watered them and they died......I Think the weeds were protecting them from the worst of the winter weather.........

Although it's probably a pretty good thing that I really couldn't have access to this beautiful single malt Scotch My airline stewardess neighbor got me one year for Christmas. When I popped the top on that bottle I had to go into my humidor and find the best cigar I had! I think it was some Arturo Fuente. That was an absolute quasi-religious experience there! God Dammit! That was some insanely good Scotch!
