Well, yes I have not felt so independent from drugs for a long time. Getting out in the real world was liberating. Not that I don't care for all of my friends in here, I do! I am doing more with actual people face to face. I enjoy being busy and AFN was not fulfilling that process any longer.

My back pain is minimal, the sun is shinning and I am out in it. We all know this may just be temporary and the drugs will most likely be needed again. Until then I will be on walk-about.

Got the crud that's goin round. Feel like ass. Wifey is wiped out as well. My only question today is if I should chase the NyQuil with the robitussin or chase the robitussin with the NyQuil

Nyquil first. It's slow release. Just make sure to go to bed before both meds meet.

The last couple of days been pretty rough man!​

A couple of days ago I whacked myself on my lower leg a few inches up from my foot on the front. It was pretty hard and it broke the skin. I woke up early yesterday morning and quite a bit of pain. It was actually quite difficult to walk because it was extremely difficult and painful to pick my foot up. That tendon was quite quite tender and I could not lift my foot up without excruciating pain and still could not lift it up fully.
I hit my Aunt Jenny's elixir in MCT oil and my several mixed strains CBD in coconut oil. I definitely hit it hard AF! By mid afternoon I had it reasonably well under control.

Late yesterday evening I started feeling like crap, really tired. I just chalked it up to the oil making me sleepy.
Woke up this morning with a massive headache and crazy amount of congestion. I took some meds for the allergies and then dug up some aspirin. I really don't care for acetaminophen and it's been decades since I had that underneath my roof. I also can't remember the last time I took the aspirin. It's been quite a few years.
I don't know if I've got some crud or it's my allergies causing all the drainage and coughing. I definitely have a fever and a nagging headache. I definitely have an infection, but I don't think it's viral.,
I think I'm going to continue with the allergy medication and aspirin and just hit my oil really hard and veg for a while.
