The stress of my new car problem kicked off an IBS episode. I knew it was coming and could do nothing to stop it. I have been down a couple of days and finally better now. I have a new prescription that might help but I had not taken any yet and did not want to add a possible reaction to the grief. I will be taking a test pill in a few days. It is similar to Xanex but lasts longer Klonopin.

We are in the sites of another atmospheric river. We could get a couple of inches of rain or more by Friday. There will be up to 8 Feet of snow in the mountains.

I still cant believe I'm a dad, and today I sent a birthday card to my 1st born grandkid, he's 18, holy shit.

Got the same in a couple of weeks..... ... hubbys granddaughter turns 18 at the start of March......... quite sobering... when you can still remember waiting for them to be born as if it was yesterday...
