I don't think I need to tell you how fookin good this rotisserie cooked pork butt roast is! The crispy outside is not burnt anywhere but it is crispy all around. That end cut was off the hook! Then there is the fresh Romain lettuce Champagne Vinaigrette salad with Maple Goat cheese, roasted pecans and Craisins - a pairing made in heaven.
