Ham hocks and beans for dinner. Corn bread and a salad.
The ham hocks were so tough I could have cooked them for a week and they would still be tough but the flavor was perfect.
Breakfast burritos, These dang little GF tortillas don't hold much. The fresh roasted Brazil/El Salvador is awful. It is so bright you cannot taste anything else. It is probably going to take more than one day to fix it also
