There's people with big ass dogs that have to keep them in bags like they're cats. Never seen one with holes cut out for legs though

One of my refugee kids was in college in Albany, a 4 hour train ride from here. She got a dog. In order to get it home from college on the train she wore dark glasses and pretended she was blind.

If you wanted to do that you wouldnt have to be so extreme here in the states. The law is they can ask you if it is a service animal, amd what service does it provide? Thats it.
