Greetings from the armpit of the earth Las Vegas Nevada! Where everything is a shit version of some other place…on a more positive note, there’s lots of really good food here. Probably, the only redeeming quality of this place.
On today’s agenda, eat! 8 pizza places and late reservations at Le Atlier tonight!
Brought a couple nugs, but burned em last night. Should have brought a quarter at least. Will hit a dispensary in a few
I used to go to Vegas on average of three times a year. No, not for gambling! I'm like you the best thing about Vegas is the food!

I have been known to sit quite a few hours at a blackjack table!:eyebrows: But I am very regimented. I go there with a set amount of money to spend and once it's gone I walk out. My problem is sometimes I don't know when to walk away with my winnings!:face::haha::haha::haha:
The most I've walked away was just over $10,000, but at one time I was up well over $45,000 ahead!:face::haha::haha::haha:

RACING!!!

We usually had 2 races in the West Coast Racing series we were in and then the Street Car Super Nationals just before Thanksgiving.
If you are into real streetcars, then the Street Car Super Nationals is the one race you want to go to!

While the title is a little bit misleading, there was a class that they had to do a drive in order to participate........6 seconds and over 200mph. I can't imagine what some of these guys would pull out today!
With most of the participants, this was the last race of the year so they let it all hang out
It's usually a sellout spectating crowd and quite the turnout of racers.

I really find it difficult to spectate a drag race. I would rather be either driving or crew chiefing! This once a year race, I could definitely spectate and rummage through the pits for a quite enjoyable little trip!

Hey who won the March prize box?

Wow @Waira :headbang: they are all stunning.....but that White.....wow....I could spend Hours looking at that if I had it on the patio.....:king:.. Orchid King...:bravo::bravo::bravo:
Thanks luv, but I can hardly take credit,... This species and a few close relatives from Aussieland are about as bullet-proof as orchids can get!
She got hit with some frostbite 2 years in a row, so looks a bit manky on her leaves but the flower cloud covers that up...
Otherwise, little feeding/watering, basically thrives under benign neglect-:rolleyes2:
