Thanks ya its just a nice boost when it's bad. I think im just doin the complaining about the weather like a jerk thing. I drove through a bad storm yesterday, funnel clouds and stuff flying across the highway dog freaking jumping on my junk for the first hour before I dropped her off and I've felt like crap since. No sleep no food in the er with aunty first thing when I got home. I sorta was asking for it. I do my best with food going off a micronutrient chart specifically for it that was made by my buddy's mom. Its helped a lot. Celery, lemon, peppers in general, fish in general but specifically salmon and two things her "team" tested was swordfish and radishes which both seem to have an effect. More knowledge than I can handle really, she went to Maryland to get her master's in some kind of herbal plant medicine degree, rn she has an office in the hospital advising people on alternative medicine, the problem is i have to learn everything by what she's written down cuz she doesn't talk , shes says 5 words to me and hes like that's the most shes said to anyoneVitamin D, Turmeric, celery juice, lemon water,…there are lots of simple things to help with inflammation.
