You need to add hydroguard to your water...you have algea growing in your pots...I add 2ml to 5gal water...it helps so much..Few pics to share...

Yeah i have to do that... A lot of it's the sauce you know that..... My wife makes a good lasagna but she does something to the ricotta I normally love ricottaGet that recipe! I've missed my grandmothers lasagna forever and I've never been able to replicate it
$100 Shouldn't cost more than like $25-35 to make a full sheet pan that's probably 8lbs of lasagna. And most of that $ is in the cheese

I use cottage cheese. I don't like ricotta. I hate how sour it tastes.
I mix 16oz cottage cheese, 4 eggs and 8oz of mozzarella, and use that as my cheese layer.
