About ready for final step! Everythings run and bags are ready so here in a few i will stab the carrots into place to finish it off! Then just gotta fill the reservoir and bleed air from both loops so i can get flow dialed in on them! Then 2x4 is gonna have the ball valves turned off so won’t actually start dripping til i am ready to kick them on!

I had never considered it before about a year and a half ago. Of all places, I read a comment on Reddit about 40 to 50 percent drainage. I tried and started getting better yield. I bought expanded clay balls. To your point, it’s a big pain watering slowly and every 48 hrs.

I slow water with a pump sprayer, 2gal to 60gal of soil about once a week, sometimes once a fortnight.

I usually base when I water on the RH of the tent which sounds weird but seems to work fairly well for me in my specific climate

Lmao no thanks! I used to forget to water all the time as is…less time between waterings means more likely i will not feel like it more often! Thats why i let blumats do the work now!

Day 17 all the girls are showing sign of issue's now but I think we may have figured it it the new growth looks ok.. I added more P and took little bit of Ca out and also raised there PPM to 450-500 ppm since they're hungry.. Tomorrow they get a fresh rez and bump the PPM up some more 500+.. I got them setup on the irrigation system tonight

When I have the tent packed with soil girls I can tell if I need to water by just that... I remember you saying it awhile back then I noticed it
