I was talking about the college basketball tournament that's going on here now. It's a once a year tournament and there's probably 15ish new teams in it every year out of 64 total teams. None of the sports in this country do the relegation thing, but there's teams in every sport that always suck

ah ok, thats good theres a mix up. yeah, college ball and football is crazy over there it seems. You guys do that split thing part way through the season right? and it separates top say 6 from bottom 6 and it goes to playoffs

I'm not familiar with that. Most American sports the top 50ish% make the playoffs after the "regular" season is over

I've seen that before and it's definitely something we could use some more of around here That's new Zealand rugby yeah? Rugby around here isn't popular. It's really just for the rich kids that couldn't get on the lacrosse team
