I don't understand what's so hard about it, 1:1 sugar and hot water to make a simple syrup to add to an urn of tea

I had to look up cleaveland steamroller on UD (please don't look that up if you don't know what it is, you don't want to) after the guy who asked me to prom as a joke asked if he could give me one after. He has two little girls now, sometimes that memory crosses my mind and I wonder how quick he'd catch a charge if some asshole 17yo said that to one of his babies.
