I been leaning towards a ViperSpectra KS5000, size for the price looks good to me. Reviews all look good too. $405 is hard to beat at that size for a 4x4.

I have been happy with my viparspectra stuff.

I see some pics online with like super leggy plants, and my are short and squat.

ok, that makes more sense. So just regular LED light bulbs and remove the plastic diffuser?

Thats an interesting idea.

9 watt sylvanias are about $1.25 each.

But if I wanted a 2000 watt equivalent setup, I'd need 222 bulbs.

if u got 100w equivalent bulbz, u'd only need 20 to equal 2000w....sillee :smoking: ppp

@Jpkindbud I like marshydro that's wat I'd go with on a budget....those kush lights look nice...though...you can change the spectrum....and it's going to be a Christmas or bday present....

@Blue_dreamer look at hlg Diablo series on their site....refurbished I got mine a 1100$ light for 500$ with the AFN code too....well worth it....

@Blue_dreamer @Badfinger Here's my Mars hydro fc6500 in my 4x4. Takes up every inch from pole to pole. Haven't been able to run it over 60% power. I like it This is my 4th mars light so far

@Blue_dreamer - I also have a 4x4 with a MarsHydro FC-E4800. Very nice setup. I would not hesitate to go with MH lights for your new setup.

HLG make a premium product in comparison but again, budget is important. I posted InkAddict the Scynce Raging Kush if you want something absolutely overkill.

@Blue_dreamer I got the marshydro fc3000 and ts1000 and love them both....I also like my Hlg 650r Diablo series....it's badass with a uva bar....it depends on what your looking for and price...I'd go with marshydro....they are worth it..I'm very pleased too....
