If you did a small one with carbon filter it should be awful or maybe I'm just used to use it :goodluck::stir::muahaha:

That is my fear more then the winter is ac in the summer it's get's well over 100f up there in the summer now and with a grow it would be way worse:hothot::hothot::hothot:

Don't think one in your basement would cost as much as you think. Doesn't need to be structural. Whats the ceiling? Finished drywall? Open joists? Drop?

So I have a rainbird temp relay that you can set so the little thermo probe is used to turn something on or off at a certain temp.

Would it be beneficial to me at all to use it to have my exhaust fan only run when my tent gets over 80*?

Because right now it hovers around 68 or so.

I would that is basically what my ac infinity controller does :d5::headbang:

Turn the whole basement into a grow room bro!
That's the plan I wanna build just a solid room down here in the corner just need to make walls but building supplies aren't really affordable.. Now that I got it patched up on the other side i think she'll let me but still gonna be pricey... I think i could go 6x6 ish

That didn't work right at all  I got 83" in the tallest spot and 70-80 everywhere else.... There is a drop in the floor plus it is not level at all :wall::joy:

I typed something else but then it disappeared on my phone:doh: :baked::dizzy:

Same here. I have room to build a building in the back and that would eliminate a lot of my wife’s complaints. But 10k+ I just can’t justify. What I got is fine. Again, I smoked a lot of crappy weed for 40 years, now I have the good stuff from the best breeders.

You also need to consider humidity. Temps will effect humidity. Temps go up humidity will go down and vice versa. You want air exchange in general as well. The good thing about the AC Infinity fans is that it has a setting that will run constantly and a high temp setting that will kick the fan up to whatever speed you want to bring the temp down. Also a high humidity setting as well that works the same as the high temp.

Well worth the money!
