Thanks for the slap guys :bighug: @InkAddict$ @JP1 @Lil Dab and @Mañ'O'Green from yesterday, sorry if I left anyone out! :peace::pass:

Not that is as cute as fuk!!! I'm a country boy at heart and I raised an orphan colt from a baby back in 98. I had read a book about imprinting new colts and I had already had success previously. Mine would follow me everywhere, including inside the house when I let him. :crying: Calmest horse a person could want. I learned to teach them not to be in your space, because that's dangerous when they get big!. That's usually the biggest problem if not addressed early with orphaned colts. Mine would never get too close and all you had to do was lean against mine for him to take a step away. You'd think that would be a problem come riding time, but they learn the difference with time and patience. If you can't tell, I miss my horses, but had to let them go when my arthritis got so bad that I couldn't take care of them properly. Here's a pic from 05 of my favorite riding horse. She wasn't much too look at, but she was as tough as nails! I rode her on top of the Appalachian Trail several years in a row above Cades Cove in The Great Smoky Mountains. Btw, that's my 1yr old son in front of his 7 yr old half-brother that I raised and loved like my own. We stay in touch, but not his mom, (a meth addict who just got out of prison). I mean I wish the best for her and hopes she stays clean for her new grand baby! :peace::pass:
