No problem bro, it can get a bit hectic in here at times, get up to go pop a squat because its slow and come back to 23 pages in 5 minutes! LOL I just blame the weed...
It's all of that and more. It's gonna be a bummer switching from that even to a trike. But atleast with trikes there's a long history of all the old servi cars that still to me just look drop dead gorgeous and very much still a bike (albeit they turn like a snowmobile lol). These things I've looked at since I was a kid and even back then I thought wow I'd love to own that. There's a lot of beauty to them to my eye. I just don't see it in the new Can Am type models.I'm think I understand. Part of the appeal of two wheels is the complex three dimensional link with the bike. The subtlety and complexity of bike control is in a way similar to the appeal of skiing, there is a sense of connection and focus that puts you firmly in the moment. The enterprise of smooth control, leaning just the right amount through every turn is a kind of ballet. Adding the third wheel removes the ballet part. Find a kid that would go back to a trike or training wheels, and you'll have someone who would buy three wheels while two was still doable..
Most excellent, Nature's artful display, life feeding on life....Working with some cool wood today. Curly Ambrosia maple and figured walnut. The marks on the maple are caused by Ambrosia beetles that infect the tree.

Oh lord of all the random places... that's where my grandpa's whole family settled after immigrating through back in the day when E-J was importing Slavs for their workforceBinghamton ny
The biggest difference I found between the can am and a conventional trike is the fact the steering is entirely different feeling, the conventional trike still utilizes counter steering to initiate the turn. The can am's steering is a hybrid of car and cycle, turn the bars into the turn and you lean. Takes a bit to get used to but on a wet parking lot it is a hoot to play with, it is a toy like those ice racing go karts! It's all of that and more. Not to take away from how a Can Am might handle but ..
If someone walked up and said I could have a 57 Chevy nomad or a Subaru WRX I'd take that nomad all day long.View attachment 1563898View attachment 1563899View attachment 1563900
