The scallops were were beautiful but $36 a pound I settled for the wild caught gulf shrimp $9.49 a pound

Working on Mushroom Stroganoff for Linner.

Stroganoff is one of my faves. I put in on mashed cauliflower instead of noodles to avoid the carbs. Works a treat, especially with my pine mushroom supply.
