Crazy it is. I've come to the place in me head n heart that i've lived a good life, had a good run at it, and will have some good stories to tell on the other side. I'll be 69 this year, and just don't have the bounce back that i once had. So what will be will be

I have a feeling that the biggest revolution when we get to the end of this might be in the over 60's.
I Think that they have been made to feel Written Off because Covid figures at the start were Skewed because covid positive patients were shipped out to Care Homes....and went through them like a dose of salts.

Now we see it is much more an equal opportunities virus.

Gotta still take into consideration we could go out tomorrow and get hit by a bus...:d5:

PS....I was 59 in 2020.....Im staying 59 in 2021....I'm not adding a year to me age..when I didn't get to Live it....pffft...
I'm considering going in for a Refund on 2020.....:pass:

Hit by a pink bus named Floyd  (me avatar). We built that bus while wifee was pregnant and we were traveling the western states, setting up at music festivals n such. So that would be an ironic end for me :eek1:

Yep, rebate, refund for sure.

It's in the states somewhere, probably full of chikkens on someone's farm by now  We sold it in 2005 to settle down an raise our daughter.

We moved to Canada just a few months before covid hit. So some warm climate would be good when this is all said and done for sure.

you are......:crying:
I haven't really been on lockdown where I live, but naturally there have changes.
Worst of all, no visits from or to my kids and grandkids.

I've only done three high-end details on exotic or high-end cars, normally 10 or so. I've only built two turbo systems, but both were for street vehicles and they were in trucks, so they were pretty easy. Some of that was of my making, I turned down three turbo jobs because they were gonna be a huge pain to fit and to get to operate on a street car without a TON of thermal hot side coating and wrapping. There just wasn't that big of demand for all that. I normally turn down way more work. LOL!

I didn't go watch or participate in any drag racing or ANY kind of car show or little meet. I went to ONE gun show with friends as an advisor on their selections. We were there first and after waiting in line and seeing how many people were going to be inside once they opened up, I told my friends this will have to be VERY quick purchase. After I told them the models to buy and settled on a price, I got the F out of there and waited in my truck. That place got PACKED.. I think we all avoided a bullet, but it was still pretty early in the spread.

My thing is this: I'm not scared at all in getting covid. Other than my injuries from my military service, I'm pretty healthy for an old fugger. I'm not over weight, no heart or BP problems(normally 110/68 @ 65bpm @ rest). My good to bad cholesterol is not the best because it's hard for me to get enough Cardio because of my injuries. I've got the flu only 3 or 4 times in my life and I just don't get colds. I just don't get sick period.

Worst year ever for me? FAR from it! LOL! It makes my top 5 though! When I got hurt. it took a full year and a half of hard work in physical therapy to get back to be fit enough for regular duty.

Hopefully the retarded ass politicians of the world will get their crap together and all of us can live our lives our way this year.

The only thing I liked about cold was seeing the women decked out in their finest. Living in a subtopic tourist mecca and running a small charter fishing and diving business. Everything was bikinis bikinis bikinis. Don't get me wrong, the eye candy was welcome, But an occasional change is always nice.
I'd love to do that somewhere on the Big Island in Hawaii. I've only dove a few places there, unlike Oahu.
