It is Time World Governments realised that the way to Stop Canna Cartels is to take the Profit out of it.

If there is No Profit in it..there are No Cartels.......Gloriously Simple Solution.

All the solutions for stopping drug dealers I've seen in my many years have failed..but all the governments have to do is take the Profit out of it and the illegal trade will Stop..Dead....the day after.

Wish I'd Thought of it myself...but it is the argument put forward to the Spanish government.....and so Simple as to be Killer.
Everyone can See the Logic.

For the canna co-ops in Spain.....at the time...street canna was 10 euros a gram...
The non profit co-op was 4 euros....no contest...

If it was Widely available....no-one would buy street weed...... ...shady dealing gone.
