Here it can be Bitter cold...but 90% blue sky.
When we were back in the UK one trip hubby said..look at that...the sky is grey..the buildings are grey and the people are grey...and he was right.
In 10 days we saw 1 patch of blue sky....
....like most places I suppose, in the USA you need money to get property lol. If you don't have lots you need to compromise on something. This ticks 'most' of the boxes for me. Clean air and water and the people are great, me not being a 'people person'. I can get my sunshine from you
