I grew up in New England. Maine and Mass. I remember more good times in the snow than bad but the few bad were awful. Falling through the ice and walking home soaked and freezing. for one.
I'll take the Tropics.

I remember Laughing at my mother when she said she could feel the cold in her bones.......then I found out it is True........

My nerve damage symptoms improved 30% every time I got off a plane into the Spanish sunshine/warmth as compared to the UK temps.

I feel it worse when the Titanium in both lower legs cools down. Not as bad as I thought they would.
My lineman son, born and raised in the subtropics, just called to tell me he is on his way north with his crew to repair storm-damaged power lines as part of an emergency response. I can't imagine working from a bucket truck in the freeze.

Young persons job...............I Hate working bundled up as well........sure makes working hard.

Saying that.....I don't like even wearing shoes.........and I Hate socks.......if it isn't flip-flop weather....I'll pass........

We emigrated 1,200 miles South and I still feel the cold in winter.......

I went from 5 years in Hawaii to temp orders to Adak Alaska! That SUCKED!

Sour Stomper by Meph on the left and Purple Kong by RocBuds on the right.
I'm enamored by the structure of Stomper. I've only done 3or 4 leaf tucks. She's growing a little over an inch. Buds should be easy to trim.
