Oh you'd love my smoked pork loin. Moist and so tender you cut it with your fork.
I cut full loins in half and usually do two at the minimum.
I fill the smoking chamber. I can do 2 full loins, two racks of ribs and usually two or three butts or shoulders.
I sometimes put another couple ribs on to finish with the butts, after the first set finishes and after the stall from the butts..
Sounds really good. Yea, if we were in the lower 48 we'd be able to find some good stuff :thumbsup: but this supermarket stuff here is:shrug:

LOL! I hate having to buy meat at the store......period! My raised animals put all that crap to shame in looks and flavor. Same with veggies.

Yep, that's what I miss. The garden is ok in summer and some wild fish and deer but not much delectable stuff like that :crying:
