Don't get me started on "Herd Immunity" Bulls#!t.
Protect the old people and those with conditions and get on with life.
I dropped off some canna to my vet friend. I also had a VA appt. I scheduled my day to stop and his house to lower their exposure from who I may come into contact with at the hospital. Yeah, I know it's not likely, but it's remotely possible. Not a bit deal to take a precaution.
I finish my appt and go to leave the hospital. I get to the main exit and they had 20-25 wheel chaired Vets piled up at the exit of the building with no god-damn distancing whatsoever! It was "Nut to butt".............old military will get that one. :smoking:
So I ask, in a pretty stern voice, these moron workers standing around, "Who is in charge here?" The most 'brilliant" of the fools said, "Who are you?". :Ummmmmm.............You're gonna find out who the fuck I am if you don't answer my god-damn question!"
And smiled at them.
Out of the corner of my eye, I could see one security person put his hand his tazer. I turned my head and looked him square in the eye, "Jesus dude! You better get your hand off that! You don't want to needlessly escalate this!" Luckily his slightly less retarded boss motioned to him. Now this "boss" comes over to me and wants to see some ID. I told him that we’re not doing this bullshit, turned my back to him, pulled out my phone and dialed the Hospital admin office. I told the lady what the initial problem was and what kind of bullshit I was getting put thru to try and solve a very serious problem. I explained in detail as I looked at all the retarded morons that had gathered around me.
The lady on the phone sounded very concerned and angry at the situation and the worker's actions. She said she'd take care of this problem immediately.
Evidently she had a radio and I could hear over the phone and over the "Boss Retard" security's radio sound off at the same time.
I looked directly at the main retard, smiled at him, (I know he could see me smile, but he could see my eyes crinkle!) and said to the lady, "Thank you, Mam for your quick attention to this very serious matter. It seems like training is needed in proper social distancing, proper worker response to questions by
Veterans and security training for methods of NOT escalating encounters with
Veterans." I stressed Veterans!
I hung up and walked out the front door. That one guard sure wanted to stop me. I just smiled at him and gave him a nod and a wink.
It's sure good that I had ate some chocolates and my friend share a couple hit of my gelato. I was chill.
Everyone I had to address was with a stern elevated, but chilled voice. Dude! Only canna can't let you pull that off...............well, at least at my age. At 25, I didn't need canna to do that. I had size as my friend.
