I think @Fermented_Fruitz is correct. You don't have to mix the nema's with water. It's just to make sure you have a good distribution.
So if you mix the nematode powder with your topdressing well and then divide this over the soil, you probably will get the same result.
It's always good to wet down your topdressings too.

@Lil Dab
If you're worried about your moisture level in the EB being too much to add water with your todes, just take ALL your compost you're going to add today, wet it fully, add the todes, mix fully and distribute to your girls. I basically used that method to give my flower nutes to the outdoor 9ft Asian Haze with no issues.

Thanks bill going to do it this way just to make sure I get the compost watered properly and not have to worry about over watering into the rez I'll add the nematodes to the last part of the water I use for the compost then even distribute it to the girls.

I was looking through your threads last night trying to figure how to much top dress this is what I've come up with for now 1/4 cup CoM Plant Food 5-2-4, 2 cups EWC, 3 cups CoM lobster compost, and thinking about adding 1 cup CoM cow manure compost but don't want to over do it? I'll water all that in with 100ppm tap/RO water with kelp, humic, amino, omina, yucca, and mammoth P.. I have AN sensizyme and hydroguard don't think I use that stuff this go unless needed:shrug:

Looks outstanding and a logical organic thought process. It will become second nature. Cow manure is mild and lots of good carbon. The ingredients are all for life and the promotion of life. Feed the soil and feed all your microscopic garden helpers. As long as you do that, they will grow your canna for you. All you have to do is give them light and a good environment! They have the hard work!
No need for hydroguard or the sort. EM1 will support healthy roots.
The only thing I don't see that will be beneficial to your program is EM1. In the rez to keep it perfect and roots happy. I'm adding foliar spraying it also. A healthy biome will help keep pathogens away.
You're doing great! I try to give good info into what I do and I try to document what I do well. I try to relay what I see happening in my garden and I try to fairly detailed. I document so I can go back as a reference if problems arise, what I do about it and to examine to see if I can improve my entire program. We are all trying to learn and improve.
Read anything Jeff Lowenfels, especially the last book.

Just go to Amazon or local home brewing supply and get a glass 1 gallon fermenting jug with loop seal stopper. Molasses, warm water and EM1.
