@Mañ'O'Green Another update.
I have already done the weekly update, but the second seed I popped has now sprouted and is in it's pot, so I figured another one would be in order.

Even though she only popped yesterday, her taproot is longer than her stem - by quite a margin.
The reason I planted this seed is that I was unhappy with the fact that my first seed is now 15 days above ground and the roots still have not left the netpot.
In order to give this her best shot, I modified the pot with a large hole, and used a hot-melt-gluegun to stick some hydroton pebbles into a tube over the hole. The Root!t sponge then sits on top of this 'tube'.
Seems to have been a good idea:

Above ground for 24 hours or so, and taproot is reaching the water already
