Problem: Burnt and twisted tip(s). Trying to catch it earlier this round. Stunted first grow. Twisting(?) tips on one plant, burnt tip other plant.

Medium/grow method: FFOF with amendments in the bottom 2/3, Plain FF Happy Frog on top 1/3.

Feed: and supplements used: Neem Seed/Kelp meal(Down to Earth), Biochar, Worm castings (all in lower 2/3). Week 3 started flowering.

water source: Garden hose with chlorine filter

Strain/age: 2 different Mephisto strains. One 15 days old, the other 18.

light used: QB 600w ~36" from canopy.

Climate: ~50% RH when lights on, 4 hours off RH creeps up to about ~65-70%. Temp 85 when light is off, down to about 65 during lights off.

Additional info: This is my 2nd grow. It seems to be going better than my last. All plants were stunted at about 10" or less. Light was much closer the first round. Had light at about 36" when I saw this, so I raised it a few more. Growing 4 new Mephisto strains. 2 have no signs of issues. The other 2 do. I haven't added any nutrients so far.

One is showing a burnt tip maybe. The other one has 2 leaves that are kind of twisting at the tips. Searched a bit. I think the cause is light stress but can someone confirm please?

I have been getting slight burnt tips on everything I grow. When browsing I see most plants have burnt tips. I believe most of it is beginning of nutrient burn. I'll be following along because I too would like to know. Hopefully someone with more experience will come along.

I am far from an expert.. but to me that tiny spot is a non issue compared to all the other stuff growing along side ur girl in the pot.. to me looks like a good plant :)
Lol i have had plants do hella crazier looking things along the way and do just fine . I have also killed my fair share by not getting the problem soon enough..
:goodluck:

Ya. I added the clover to keep the soil from drying out so fast. So far it's really helped. First run the top soil was constantly dry. I raised my light from the first grow and the plants are all doing much better now.
