Light burn or not?

Hi Man O'
You are 100% right. It's the water. It has so much lime I filter & boil before drinking it, even then there is a pool of lime at the bottom of the glass, so you can only drink 80%.
The soil must have become laden with lime as I was using tap water & litmus strips for the PH reading (& reading those wrong). I'll have to find out what it's treated with.
I used the soil tester (pictured). It was literally off the chart. Soil content was about 9+PH. I've been using boiled water with lemon juice with a 5.5 PH & added moss peat to the top of the pots for water to filter through. A proper PH tester & PH down supplement should arrive tomorrow.
Got a dehumidifier & heater to bring up night temps. 60% Alga Bloom in feed as you suggested. Day 1 they started a recovery. The soil is still 7.5 -8 PH but working it's way down. The leaves are no longer crispy & wilting nor browning. Making a good recovery I think. The 2nd plant pic were the sickest ones. They are growing well again. No growth last week as expected. I'll give you an update in a few days.
Really appreciate all your help. Cheers

That PH tester is better than nothing. I used one like that for years back in the 80s. You do have to use it correctly though .

Glad things are getting better!
