Light burn or deficiency?

1/2 cup of Kelp Meal per plant? or for all plants because the instructions are saying 1 - 2 teaspoons per plant? I dont think you can over feed the worm castings. There is nothing fast acting in these amendments. I think you need a good balanced bloom fertilizer.
I just went with what another guy told me since he's way more experienced. It was 1/2 cup for just one plant in a 5gal pot, but this was about 5 days after the yellowing started

Any recommendations that won't mess with this soil?

I think the soil is already out of balance so I am not sure what you mean by messing with it. Once you start adding things one at a time it will just get worse. Organic amendments need time - months not days to become available to the plant. I don't think you have that kind of time.

My recommendation is a good balanced bloom fertilizer regime. That may include several products from the same line (vendor).

Feel free to get other opinions because that is all I have.

For sure. Lol

Day 40 Hubbabubbasmelloscope by Mephisto

Problem: Started around 2 weeks ago with yellowing in random spots on leafs, almost like fading green. Brown spots started appearing earlier this week and now the edges are yellowing. I added 1/2 cup kelp meal and 1/2 cup ewc as top dressing bout 8 days ago

Medium/grow method: Great Lakes Water Only Soil by Detroit Nutrient Company

Feed: and supplements used: 70ppm tap water at 6.5ph, I let sit for 48hrs. .5-.75 gal every 4-5 days once the pot is light and dry via hand

light used: 4x QB96 Elite v2 in 4x4x6 tent with the lights at 18'' above canopy. I raised them to 22''. From 50k lux to around 40k. 24/0 schedule

Climate: 70-80F with 40-60% RH
I'm leaning toward K defc. too,... "water only" soil is more tricky than they let on! usually you need a larger than normal pot to accommodate a larger nutrient reserve, too small and it taps out too soon,... Look into getting a PK booster like Roots Organic HPK... A harmless quick boost can be had from salt substitute KCl, which I use for the Cl (a micronute often overlooked!)... 1/4tsp/L for starters....

Wow, that's a kelp overload at 1/2c! It may not be very harmful(?), but it's vastly overkill,....

As nice as it is sometimes, it's been more of a headache than anything lol. I'm doing way better with coco and nutes

I'll go grab some of the HPK today, I have two other plants in Michigan M3 Mix that will probably start falling off soon too

I appreciate the direction, I kind of just gave up and let her do her thing
