Yeah usually he gives what u ordered then either a mixed pack or an individual strain. I’ve done most of his strains and running what I haven’t had yet. Only two strains I haven’t grown is groc and passion punch. Mixed pack is gonna be fire lol

I think it worked out to be a little over $5 a seed. Free shipping helps keep cost per seed down a little. I just like a 5 pack has an extra or two in it and u get an extra pack with a few seeds in it.

Why would you expect to get more seeds than you paid for?? If you buy a 12oz can of Coke do you EXPECT a 16oz can?? I don't expect anything extra from anyone. I get it but either I think the Genetics are worth the money they are asking or they aren't.
My buddy dropped $300 for a pack of regs and I thought he was CRAZY but that is the value he put on the genetics.
Every @RocBudInc strain I have grown has been great. Every Mephisto strain that I got to germ was good but when I can't get 3-5 seeds of a specific strain to germ then it's not worth the price. Doesn't matter how many freebies they send.
Excuse me I don’t believe I said anything about expecting anything for free. I said I like that he gives extras.

Lol no problem. I think it’s industry standard to give a few extra. Every bank does it I’ve seen most high end photo breeders do it. They’re not extremely generous but anything over what u paid for is great.My bad.

I've bought plenty of regular seeds in the last two years.
No seed bank put any extras in their packaging, obviously.
Those few of us growing regs are sending a very clear message when feminized seeds are the same price or a little more.
So they're not too inclined to give away freebies.

I have been buying seeds for almost 25 years. When I first started buying seeds you could only get them across the pond and by Money Order or Cash only. I always got free seeds with every order, even back then. Did I buy the seeds because of the freebies? No, but as you said it is a standard that had been upheld for well over 25 years by breeders and seed banks. I used to even throw them a Tip and request certain types of strains. If I were a breeder I would make my prices low for 5 packs. Instead of adding 2 per 5 pack to make it 7 seeds, I would throw freebies according to $$$ spent. If you buy 5, you get 5...but not overcharge and throw some tester seeds according to total bill of entire order. It is part of the fun of buying seeds to get freebies. But when you start adding freebies per pack, it is not fair. For example, 1 year I ordered $1,200 on Black Friday. I got a ton of freebies and a sweet asd sweatshirt. The next year I spend $1,300 total and I got less freebies than people who spent $100. It made me upset feeling. So if you send freebies to customers it should purely be based on the Total amont spent. It is not cool to send someone more seeds for spending $1,000 less. So I spent a lot more money oer seed vs a ton of people who bought a fraction of the seeds. In my era the more you spend, the better deal you would get. Someone spending more money usually got a little extra for the large purchase. Kind of how the whole business works, beyond seeds as well. Plus, some of my best plants have been Freebies! Hahahhaa.
