I see all of one reddit thread when I Googled and not much else, so I would personally be weary.
I'd say no as they aren't listed on Gnomes actual page. Also, very strange setup. If you click on a strain you have to put in a delivery address before you can see the details? Some strange login and registration requirements.
EDIT: There are several good, well known, and vetted vendors on here. I would not chance anything with an unknown at this point.
