And of course instead of a simple bill descheduling it and expunging records they got to load it up with all kinds of BS so they guarantee it will be shot down and they can blame the other side.......

The problem is the feds can't decriminalize marijuana. That is against some of the joint treaties they've signed with other countries in the control of drugs.

Well that was a pretty interesting answer I got back from the lawyer.
Unless the Texas Legislature is called back into session by the governor, 30 days after the feds change marijuana to schedule 3, Texas will adopt the same.
That kinda makes any BS from the lieutenant governor Against any cannabis legislation of any kind hitting the Senate floor even more stupid than it already is!

This could get pretty interesting in the three states that automatically follow what the feds do with scheduling.

Nope, can carry up to 3 ounces though which has been my main worry when delivering. We get this done and in the books then we can work on getting home grow. Tobbacco is highly regulated yet no laws exist that prevent me from growing a few plants, harvesting and curing for my use.
