New Grower LED Autopot Smartpot Organic Automazar Living Soil

Good luck with the germ! I’ve had better luck with a water/peroxide soak until they crack and a tap root barely protrudes; then wet paper towel in a baggie on top of cable box until the tap root is 3/4” long and THEN I fish it into the rapid rooter type of plug. I’ve never had any luck with a unpopped seed going into a plug. I know plenty of people have, though. I’m subbed and will be following!

That's word enough for me to try your method on 2 of the plugs. Truthfully after this slow start I'm more about experimentation on this first run so I'm not too concerned if I lose a few in their first week. Thanks for the advice with the plug. I wouldn't know if it was the seeds being too old, or just too difficult to germinated uncracked seeds, or my handling. At least now I have something to compare. Much appreciated!

Ok, 2 seeds went directly into rapid rooters and 2 were first put in distilled water until they were cracked and then carefully placed in rapid rooters. I planted the rooters directly into their instatransplant pot hoping to prevent any damage to the roots. I also just got my pscrog screens. I was debating what type of scrog system to run and Decided these took up the least space in the grow room and allowed for a little more rigid control versus the bungee net style. They seemed slightly expensive but they were unique, so we'll see how they perform. I'll update again as soon as I see some green pop the surface.

And so as to avoid any confusion over my setup, the 2, 2.2 gallon pots in the pic are only being used to store some of my soil.
