Lighting Led - 8 ball kush & w/widow - 1st grow - 12/12 sog

Hey Lads, We put the lights on 12/12 on 07/05/13.. So its been just over 3 weeks, all looking ok apart from alot of dead leaves, Prob (hopefully) due to the age and extra long veg time! Apart from that they look great - real frosty already!

One widow in particular has flown along its about 3-4ft tall, the rest all about 2-3 ft max..

Im A Total Twat!!!

I shouldn't admit this but about 5-6 months ago i bought my new phone, put it in a new case BUT forgot to take that protective plastic shit of the back of the phone first... Therefore my Photos have Been of AWFUL quality all this time because i forgot to take the damn plastic off the camera lens lol!!

Ive been lookin at my hrow buddys photos on a CHEAPER phone n thinking my camera is SHit!!! ha ha what a twat:clap::clap::clap:

Anyway at last some much improved photos!!!

The plantds look AMAZING!! they are exactly 1 month into 12/12 today, one widow in particular is flying!! prob about 4ft now - The rest are coming along great too, The 2 LA Con's have not been topped so will be more single cola i expect but they aer gaining in height quick, the Kush buds are looking amazing @ 4 weeks, the frostyness is immense and i can tell that the buds will be real nice n dense!!

ATM we have both lights hanging directly from the tent pole at the top using the clips that came with the lights, they are probhably about 2 ft above tallest plant, not ideal but this gives us the coverage we need

Next grow will deffo be 10 Autos in 11-15 litr pots under 4 Msoo6 hopefully!

Starting to really pong when the door is opened to the tent so the filter n fan will be switched on v soon, just ordered an Excelair fan speed controller as its far to loud at full pelt!!

Overall the plants are looking stunning - i took one of the smaller widows out of the tent for some photos and the yellowing doesn't look half as bad!:thumbs::thumbs:

5 days since last visit, they are looking awesome (I think)

The amount of leafage on some of the plants is ridiculous - like BUSHES!!:thumbs:

As we only have 2 GN's in there at the mo we are rotating the plants every few days... like a human light rail:clap:

The biggest widow looks great its prob 4 ft tall the rest range from 2 - 3 ft tall, the buds on the kush look dense as fook, the crystal production on all @ 3.5 weeks flowering is immense!

Plenty of orange hairs on the Kush already!

The buds are developing right to the bottom of the plants however its quite far behind the tops for obv reasons!

Hey all i Got an urgent question!!

At the moment I have wired up my rvk fan with a plug i found lying around, it had two black wires when i cut the end off, One neutral - one live - I connected these to the rvk but didnt use an earth wire, I understand that is not a problem, or is it???

I know need to connect my Rvk to my fan controller (WAC 1) But this DOES need an earth wire i think, where to i get an earth wire from and IS it neccesary? My electrical knowledge is Zero! I understand how to wire up the Controller to the fan but its the Earth issue thats puzzling me, I need a controller for sure as the fan at full speed is WAY too loud!

I need to get the fan n filter switched on asap as its starting to smell alot lol

Yo People...

I apologise in advance for the total photo overload!, managed to borrow a half decent camera and took a few snaps

The plants look simply amazing now - we switched to 12/12 on May 7th after a hell of a long veg (far far far too long:no
So they have been flowering for 38 days and imo they are flying!

All are just unbelievably frosty and the smell on opening the tent is ridiculous:thumbs: The buds are solid as especially on the Kush..

The 2 La Cons look soooo Green and waxy and are alot further behind for some reason but they had a much smaller veg time..

The Kush n widows are slowly but surely losing leaves - hopefully an age thing!

They have been getting fed roughly 3ml bloom and 1ml grow every 4-5 days and show no signs of not liking it!

All 3 strains are supposed to finish in days.. 55 (Kush) , 65 (widow) and 60 La con - am i right in thinking LED may add aweek or so?
either way if they still have 3-4 weeks to go then hopefully they continue to fatten up at this rate!!

One of the widows is much bigger than the rest and looks amazing, is it too late to take cuttings of her, would love 9 of those under 3-4 Gn06's next time round!!

Yo! 7 days go by, plants looking great..def starting to fill out a bit more, i reckon 2-3 weeks MAX for the kush and widow and maybe longer for the LA's..1st grow so really not sure.!

Hooked up the fan and filter today, also attached the Fan to a WAC 1 speed controller.......wow!! This makes the fan SILENT on setting 3..awesome! Its so loud at full pelt its crazy lol...

Its Day 44 of flowering, Its hard to tell under the LED what the trichs are looking like, I will snip a tiny bit off each plant next time i visit and check under the loupe!

Is 2 weeks from chop the standard time to start using only water?

Anyway any feedback/advice as always greatly appreciated!

How do peeps!

Got a few close up shots tonight, Fed the girls, last feed for the kush as its day 55 on monday and thats when they are supposed to be ready - really hope they fill out a bit more - have put them closer and directly under the lights for the last week or so, checked the trichs, all cloudy and a couple of ambers for sure already!!:check:

Be good to get them down - will give more light to the remaining widows and La's - which by the way seem miles behind!

Deffo need another light if not two i feel as the buds are not as big as i hoped..

Would 15oz harvests sound feasible with 3 or 4 ms0006? thats what we need as we are splitting it all - not selling any just aining to be self sufficient between harvests:thumbs::thumbs:
