Leaves turning yellow

Sure is, think the big lessons I'll take from this first grow are mostly around better quality pots, keeping soil PH right and managing feed much closer.

In bloom, cannabis likes a higher PK and less N, such as NPK of 2-8-4. I see tip burn on the plant, and to me, that indicates nutrient burn. As mentioned earlier, you can get these to the finish line. They won't look too hot, but not too many first grows are awesome. I know my first indoor grow was a clown act, did about everything wrong. After a few grows, you will know what works for your setup, grow medium, and nutes.

When using bottled nutes, or dry nutes that are mixed with h2o, many growers start at a lower dose than is recommended, and slowly bring up the PPM's of the nutes. I keep increasing the nutes until i see just a touch of tip burn, then back off 50ppm or so, until I find the sweet spot.

Cannabis likes a "fluffy" grow medium. NOT dense nor compact. I add perlite to the grow medium. Vermiculite can also be added to fluff the grow medium up. The roots don't like tight shoes, or being saturated with h2o.

The larger fan leaves attached to the main stem can start yellowing during flower. No big deal there. I let them go until a slight tug pulls them off.

:goodluck:
Hang in there and enjoy the journey :d5:

Thanks very much for the feedback.

Before planting any plants, make sure the ph of your soil is ~perfect. Then unless you water source is way off, you should have to worry about ph any during the grow, which imo, is extremely important and makes things so much easier. I have noticed many premix soils, even ones used a lot in cannabis growing, have pretty poor ph for cannabis. Either buy soil that is perfect ph (I know of none), or make your own.

I just use a 10 dollar ph pen (for liquids), to check the ph of soil/grow mediums.

Also for organic, you don’t want to flush, you will wash out the microorganisms that make the food for your soil/plants. You are feeding the microorganisms/soil, in organic, not the plant. Also if your soil dries to much, the micros will not be active as much and have to reestablish once wet again to start making food for the plant. But yes if way over feed suspected, flush may be the best thing

I use alfalfa pellets now, other posted said rabbit poop, probably pretty close to the same, put into soil mix @~10-15% before starting grow, so the soil is ready for the roots

No idea what you problem is, but I always start by making sure ph is in range for proper nutrient uptake and not a watering issue
