leaves canoeing and it just stopped growing

~Problem:
so its been about 2 weeks, started with the new leaves were canoeing and super skinny but in that time it hasnt grown and just looks all around sickly

~Medium/grow method:
approx 50% potting soil (cheap stuff i got at wal-mart not miracle grow) and 50% Coco and added pearlite. 3gal Grow bag

~Feed: and supplements used:

I was using GH Flora series but then i ran out and wanted to find something easier (having memory issues makes it hard to remember nutes and everything) so i switched to Element Nutrients complete crop and Flower fuel, i started with 1/2 what it said to use (2.5 grams crop and .5 gram flower) once a week. with no improvement i started giving this plant just water ph closer to 6 and i got less canoeing but no growth.

Tap water left out overnight to dechlorinate
PH to 6-6.5

~Strain/age:
Girl Scout Cookies auto 65 days old flowering for 26 days

~light used:
Cheap 600w led

~Climate:
2x3x4 grow tent, Temps sit at about 80-85 (i cant get it lower) RH is usually 40-50

~Additional info:
This is my first year growing and the growing pains have been unforgiving lol i have others in this run that are doing great. There were a few leafhoppers in there hence the yellow stickies but i havent seen any in a few weeks (thank you clones from a friend). if i forgot anything feel free to ask

They don't look that bad.
A few weeks after flowering begins, vertical growth will slow down as the plants concentrate on building flowers.
Your main problem is probably lights that are a bit too weak, but you should still get a nice amount.

Canoeing can be caused by too much light or too much breeze.
Orange, down-curling leaves is usually caused by too much food or light.

There loooking fine.Bloom nutes now with a little cal/mag and keep light at 18 to 20 inches.
