A wee bit of nitrogen burn. You're fine, just cut back on the fertilizer by half on next feeding. You can work your way back up from there if she starts getting hungry.
Your soil may be a bit hot then. They don't look bad and a bit of tip burn is pretty common and rarely has any lasting effect. Just do keep the other variables (light, temp, soil moisture, pH etc.) in line and she'll be fine.
