well yes more and more so with these new super hazes I am finding for example I smoked some super vanilla haze, the fruity vanilla smell yes I know what it is but the vanilla is so intense that it really does mask well, also to be well cured. Has anyone here tasted the Vanilla Haze? There are many coffeeshop weeds that smell a distant cry from their wild brothers Sometimes a wild brother is born with an odd smell just depends whether someone takes it further.

My one day curing helps remove alot of weedy smells on the first day in the morning the plants are stripped of their colas which are put on rattan mats under the sun at around 10.30am all the colas are put in polythene bags for 30 minutes under the sun, after this 30 minutes they are steaming and stenching and taken back out and put under the sun after a light massage in the bags. every 20 minutes the colas are flipped for an even sunning as the chorophyll burns away the excess sugars and crap in the leaves. At 2 pm a small portion is chopped and put back with the rest. At 5pm the weed is ready some for smoking and some for further mellow curing in a jar. Only problem for this to work a treat is that you need powerful sunshine.

When seeds are just put in the pots..just spray water or keep it moist..dont let the soil dry ..crucial..not wet just moist..yellow leafs in the very start of seedlings are usaually becuase of too much water..its a matter of keeping moist . Ill keep watching ur grow

I listened to you Cali Man and I believe you because it is Cali Weed that I am growing and smoking and that is the real reason why I cannot announce any run-off pH yet for her as I do not wish to flood her just to find out. As far as I am concerned there is no reason to suspect any Ph oddity at this stage. Once she goes in the full soil mix and is big and strong then OK I let you guys know her piss Ph if that really turns you on. Last time I was so busy with those meters and analysers that I missed the bug attacks - do all of you have a 10X optical loupe and do you regularly inspect through the lens? A loupe is the ultimate advanced warning system. I thank all of ye for all the help and words of encouragement and pray that the Ganga Gods bless your plants too.

No I don't have a loupe. I have alot of lady beetles around my place so I often see lady beetles patrolling my plants and I know they are doing a god job of eliminating bad bugs. May the ganja gods bless you too brother !

Latest shot of my sick crippled Dinafem girl, she is like a survivor, I was so worried about her I decided to give her a flush and do a Ph test of her pee for her fans. After reading another Dinafem organic grow thread here I panicked as he claimed to spot insects and decided on a weekly Neem, man if I see those critters then it is all out superwar confrontations, I decided to have a little neem and pyrethrins in the flush to make sure the soil is clean, now I know some of you are dying to know so her Ph was 6.5 (if it was 6.66 I would have killed her) now this was a real value flush for cheap charlies because I held her pot up so she could pee all over the boys who thoroughly enjoyed the nutrient shower and are looking in much better shape than she is.

Now although she is looking bad it is still early spring and she has more leaves and bigger leaves than her spindly landrace brothers and sisters. She is growing very slowly and I have some fresh zingy salivating Sativa beans that pack a punch so I am going to plant a couple of dozen new brothers for her.

I advise against hydrogen peroxide, it kills ALL bacteria, not just bad stuff.
