Autos can be grown full cycle under an HPS with an expanded blue spectrum. But since you have the MH, I'd keep it under them for another week or two or until vertical growth slows or stops, then make the switch.

hey u guys i am growing la diva as well. my buds look about like yours and mine are about 4 weeks old and mine are under a 400 watt mh but going to switch to hps soon . have a baby that i have under the light n want to give it some mh bulb b4 switching it to hps. do u think i should put the hps now?will keep u guys posted n will watch yours if ya dont mind.

Lounge--you and Jscott were up early I see. I am going to check out Muddy's software suggestion. And I have no excuse for using this dated camera--5 years old. My 4g takes better photos. Will buy a new one. Your pics will look better with lights off. Dark room with flash. Grow lights give off the reflections.
The LED gives pics a looking through water appearance when I take them. Thanks for complement.

Looking good! Just a suggestion, use some photo editing software to rotate your pictures. If you don't have any, there are a couple of free ones here: https://www.autoflower.org/f42/free-photo-editing-software-1950.html.

Also, going to move your thread to the New Growers forum where we can better give you any help you may need.

I have Fast Stone on another computer and the exe. file on this one. Great photo software. Thanks for the link and reminding us--Muddy.

Day 53

My lights are on 18/6 ,I read somewhere that LD grows not much different if lights are on 24h.But since im growing under CFL ,should I change it to 24h ?

18/6, 20/4 and 24/0 are all used and work well. I prefer to give my plants a little rest every day so use 20/4, which seems to be what most are doing.

Your plants are looking very nice.

Muddy - Looks like you are dropping by here - on a regular basis. Super. I joined in with lounge and Jscott while they grow the La Divas all a few weeks apart and we thought it would be a fun group project. Lighting has been of concern to lounge and now is of interest to me. I see you allow for a rest period which has other implications too. My Pandora and La Diva are growing; however, it appears with 24/0 that the flower development is slower--but they are growing. Last grow was at 22/2 and development was ahead of this one notwithstanding the plants PH problems. One thing I have learned is size and growing compatibility the Pandora is huge and my La Diva is about 6 to 7 inches shorter on top cola formation (where it ought to be packing it on); consequently adjusting the light is problematic. But again, I don't think it is a big deal with just two plants. Have not had serious health issues beyond the typical yellow tipped leaves (universal problem for many growers) here and there. What do you think about introducing a few hours of darkness at this point. Would this stimulate hormones. Only concern has been the fragility of the plants--hermie. Cleaned underside of LED yesterday and was surprised to notice it had picked up a slight haze, doubt if it had an effect. They will eventually develop just interesting that the 24/0 switch slowed flowering rather than sped it up. La Diva is a fast bloomer at 50 to 60 days at most. At 43 days no trichs under the scope.

Anyone else feel free to chime in.

Muddy - If you make it by on this thread, for the time being, I have just boosted the La Diva pot and the LED is now closer with the Pandora main cola off to the side. I was in hopes of harvesting the La Diva first and giving the beast the LED for itself. Next time I will consider strain size. La Diva seems to be coming around now with some trichs., however, a good 10 days late.

Lounge - Just looked at your new photos. Are you training your plant(s). I might be incorrect, if not, tell me how you did it. Looks like you have been able to raise branches up with some method. Also, a passing note, my La Diva is either genetically different or had a def. that I was unaware of early on. Yours has much larger fan leaves even in the upper part of the plant and substantial vertical growth. Mine is bushy and squat. Its sister plant is tall and slim. Weird bunch.

Alan ,Im not training my plants ,they just grow in my closet which is deep and wide but not that big so i guess plants has no other way as grow upwards also my lights were on top most of the time ,but when plants reach at higher point I needed to move one light on a side.Im also surprised how tall they grow ,probably beacuse of cfls?
