Hey AFN, I'll be testing some early outdoor strains by LBH. I've placed 12 beans in paper towel in a DVD case above my cable box. These are the strain descriptions from LBH:

"tester 4 is a auto Sour Diesel Haze with a Guerilla Gold fast finish one semi-auto maybe they will be autoflowering

tester 5 is a mix of a old dutch strain called Viking it was crossed with highland mexican and NDB (early dame blanche)

tester10 is a select mix/cross of autoflowering Haze x (ace thaixothaze) x early sativa"

I've started 4 of each in hopes to get 2 females of each as these are currently reg seeds. I'll also test from seed directly in soil outdoors mid June to compare growth.

They will be started indoor under T5's than I plan to get them outside beginning of June which would put them around week 4. They will be grown in a mix of coco, native soil, shrimp compost and leaf compost. Currently I plan on top dressing with Organicare Pure Bloom and during flower Pure Grow (both OMRI listed) and possibly some guanos and more shrimp compost. I'll test 1 or 2 using straight coco with Osmocote slow release to compare results.

Thank you LBH for the opportunity to grow these out!

12/12 popped and planted, has some issues with one of the #4 testers as I dropped it on the floor, the taps were quite a bit longer than I usually let them go since I was unable to pot them yesterday when they should have been, fingers crossed they all pop soil in a day or two and hopefully we get lots of females!

@dedereweko, looking forward to your pics man! Ye, my test is for outdoor so makes sense we got different strains. All the best brotha

Alright guys! Mini update until tomorrow, 11/12 broke through the soil, that #4 tester bean I dropped didn't come up, my bad. They'll be transplanted outdoors tomorrow. I'll start another 4 of each directly in soil to test that method in a couple weeks.

Pics to come shortly!

Going to hold off a couple days longer on the transplant, heres a quick shot of the girls in the greenhouse hardening off. Got the soil blended with an approximate mix of

Native soil - 40%
Coco - 30%
Shrimp compost - 15%
Leaf compost - 15%
Lime - few handfuls
Azomite - few handfuls
Osmocote - small handfuls

I'll add more compost top dressing as the season progresses.

Top 4 are tester 4, middle 4 are tester 5, any bottom 4 excluding bottom left are tester 10.

Cheers DAB, I have a #10 and #5 that will be pampered a bit more than the others. Hopefully the weather cooperates, it's been a rough road so far but these girls are standing strong.
