I've had to start & feed every day now.. They were fed 1.8 EC last night & when I checked the weight when home from work this evening they were all light again.. So fed again 1.8 EC/900-950 ppm's..

Hey Dub.. Why do you water/feed/water bro... To moisten the soil some before the feed? Then after to?.. Just make sure it's run right thru the pot?? Or just to get a little run off?? Or something?

What if your getting run off even before you've finished feeding?? Do you still add some water after?

When you run that last water thru is are you not watering down your feed?.. & run off reading?

I'm I thinking too much? Lol.

Kush stop thinking too much bro .. Its very simple for the water/feed/water strategy that many use in soil. First off you are using chem nutes and if you didnt use this method you would burn the shit out of the roots. This is why the water to start. Cleaning the roots off for another feed. Also the last water is to set the nutes in the soil not just on top. Think of this whole process as it relates to dwc. So with dwc you do entire rez change when you feed unless they arent feeding heavily then its a top off. Well in soil its the same principle. Consider it a root cleansing and reset of feed every time my friend. What you will find out that happens now during explosive growth, feed everytime but very soon this will stop. So be careful to check runoff to ensure ec/ppm dont build up in the bottom of the pot. During flower I only feed every other watering. So for example, I feed then the next time I only give them bud candy and silica, then feed again, then bud candy and sensizyme. This will ensure no build up of nutes and your plants will be in the zone. As for getting runoff before feed is done, just lower the amount of water until you just get you runoff on the last water.
