Indoor Kind Soil & Roots Organic Original Jack Diesel Express

Looking good so far. I've just started a KS grow too, configured a little differently, but so far so good. I'll be tagging along on your grow. Want to learn all I can about this KS.

Thanks for the comment, like, and follow. This is my first Kind Soil grow, and I have learned quite a bit from my previous grows, so I am looking forward to harvesting more than a 1/2oz dry. I will shoot on over to your thread in a few minutes. Happy growing!

Update: Day 17

I started lsting this plant (by staking it to the ground) 4-5 days ago, and I can notice the significant growth from the lower nodes. I have the plant growing horizontally, so you can see the nodes shooting up. I have to reLST the plant every 6-8 hours, as the top cola keeps rebounding to the light.

She is now drinking 36 ounces of spring water every 2-3 days. ph between 6.5 and 7.0

This plant is significantly bigger at day 17 than my Fast Buds Green Crack was.

I am excited to see more progress. I am almost running out of room to lst. I will have to get creative.

Day 24

I noticed significant growth the past few days, and the canopy is pretty even from the LST. Stem was trained vertically. Still feeding 48oz spring water, ph 6.8-6.9.

I am really liking the Kind Soil water only regiment. I did notice some claw a few days ago, so I was under the assumption of too much nitrogen, but the plant seemed to sort itself out.

Day 30

Update:

Feeding 56oz of Spring Water at Ph 6.7-6.9 (switching over to a blend of distilled and spring to bring the ph/ppm down a little). Noticed what seems like nute burn and nitrogen toxicity. Plant is still growing.

Only feeding water, so I am not exactly sure how too much nitrogen is present, and I only used 2lbs kind soil, which is 1/2 pound under kind soils recommendation with auto flowers.

Anyway, I am definitely happy with the way things are turning out.

Will report back within 6-7 days.

If you are having Nitrogen issues you could have Nitrates in your spring water. If you take a sample to a pet store that deals with fish they should be able to test it for you. They should test it for Ammonia, Nitrates and Nitrites. All potential sources of Nitrogen. If they wont test it they probably carry test strips or kits for $10-$20s or you could find a better pet store.

@SHRED Thanks! When are you starting your kind soil grow?

@Pitched tent I will definitely try that, but I am switching to distilled water, so I don't have to worry about it for now. Thank you for the information.
