Hi everyone,

I recently germinated my Positronics Jack Diesel Express, and I wanted to document my grow, so I will provide some details below. I am very excited to try Kind Soil's water only regiment.

Strain: Positronics Jack Diesel Express

Soil: Bottom layer of 2lbs Kind soil, and the rest roots organic.

Feed/Water: Spring Water only (water does not have to be phed it reads 6.5)

Lighting: Mars 300W (138 Actual Watts) 20/4 Schedule

Tent: 2x3x5 (only one plant)

Ventilation: 6In Exhaust Fan with Carbon Filter. 2 Fans. One oscillating on the floor, and one fan is fixed at canopy level.

Pot: 5 Gallon Smart Pot

I will update this thread in a few days after she pokes through the soil.

Happy growing...I'll pull up a chair.

Thanks for watching. Will provide some updates in a few days, as there is obviously not much going on.

Update:

I noticed this morning that the seedling broke through the soil; however, the cotyledons were yellowish. I have never experienced this before, so I am hoping it has something to do with her sprouting during the night without light.

She is now under the Mars 300.

Looks like she needs some light to green up. Not too close though.

Update: Day 7

The Positronics Jack Diesel Express is looking healthy.

One of the cotyledons was mutated a little bit, but it did not seem to influence its growth. Not much else to log.

Have been feeding every two days 5-6oz of spring water with a ph of 6.5-6.7

Gradually increasing the feeding after every two waterings.

Looking good so far. I've just started a KS grow too, configured a little differently, but so far so good. I'll be tagging along on your grow. Want to learn all I can about this KS.
