Looking good buddy the new nutes got em looking healthy too:headbang::woohoo:

Thanks bud :d5: My normal issues usually start after stretch so we'll see... Hey, how long does your ec meter take to level out? My new one never seems to stop dropping

Yeah mine takes forever probably about ten minutes I do notice it won't settle out till the temp settles too:thumbsup:.. cause I believe there is a correlation between EC and temp hence why there is temp coefficient setting but mine is set to default ... Keep thinking about getting the bluelab combo meter like MOG's for comparison plus seems like more people run blue lab

Mine will start at like 600 after 30 secs of stirring and just never stop dropping. I don't think there's any chance that I'm feeding under 200... My old meter will level off at 580 after 20secs and that seems more realistic. Pretty sure I'm gonna just return this apera one. It's actually my 2nd attempt at the apera ec meters. I returned the green version of it since it wouldn't hold calibration and thought I upgraded to this one but it's still kinda the same thing

yeah mine isn't like that maybe 100 ppm but then it stops.. Are you doing three point calibration? I had to purchase the Low calibration fluid separate.... I just replaced my ph probe but not cause it wasn't working just cause it was pushing 2 yr old and would take a while to settle new one works good settles pretty quick...

2 point for the ec meter but it kinda only calibrates it to close to what those bottles say. But the calibration is in a different measurement and I'm used to ppm/ec so I'm not very familiar or comfortable with it. I've had no problems with the pH one, it's never been off more then 0.2 and I check it regularly since I got a defective one from them originally

Mine was pretty close to the bottles.. Yup the ec got me too cause what you think is high is not ms vs cm:dizzy:.. I think you know PPM is just a multiple of EC I don't remember cause it been awhile but make sure it does have the tds factor set .5 for hanna scale... and I also believe if your going to keep get the low calibration fluid otherwise it's not really calibrated <500ppm
