Hey guys, just wanted to say I'm growing a Diesel Ryder at the mo and so far v impressed. About 3 weeks to go!! This is my second grow. Grew Dutch Passion Auto Blueberry last time and yielded about 45-55g. It was a bit of a mutant plant though and I don't think thats normal! It was, however a very nice smoke. Was suprised as they got slated on another forum! Also grew an auto assasin and got 35g also v nice and recommended. Ill get around to writing a bit more of a review. So far so good with the Diesel Ryder and Ive only read good things! Anyone grown Easy Ryder?
Will Be starting some Diesel Ryder seeds from the attitude(original breeder pack) sometime this spring or early summer. New to autoflowering and really cant wait to start my grow. Planning on staggering my plants out about a week apart to have a continuous supply before I chop NON-autflower plants in the Fall. Hoping to have enough green from last year to get me to my autoflower harvest.
I just wanted to add to Joker's praise for this variety. Really enjoyed growing the Diesel Ryder. Sturdy little plant. I messed my ph up a bit due to food over-acidyfying but she still soldiered on and has produced a nice full plant. Early smoke report is great. If you have odour control, this is a great plant for small closet/tent grows.
Right on, I agree it's a good plant. I've grown the Diesel Ryder a couple of times and it's a fine, dependable plant. The smell does get strong as many have noted, and I think it does better early and late rather than mid-summer, so I think I'll try an early May/June grow this next year. Nothing like an early harvest when it's totally unexpected.
In fact I have never grown anything as stinky. Wow it needs 2 carbon filters at least. The last time I grew it my friends were asking me what the smell was and I have a carbon filter.
