Stoners, before i go walk with the dog and sleep just a simple recipe for Purée (mashed potatoes ??)
Tasty !!!!:vibe::frog: believe me , i just put in the stoner eat thread:

for 1.5 person (two skinny peeps or just one dude like me)

350g of potatoes
35g of butter
13 cl of milk
salt/pepper
and that's all :
cook and peel the potatoes, crush the potatoes (heat the milk while you crush the potatoes), then add the Milk ( but hot milk !) MIX well, then add the butter, Mix again, then add the salt and pepper , Mix few seconds and serve directly (hot) with what ever you want ( mostly red meat and red wine :smoking:)

I am loving this Chocolate Hashberry! Very heady, mellow stone.

I did wind up trying one of the two green tea bags that came with my Kit Kat order, and to be honest..... Not quite as interesting as the candy bars...

First thing that I noticed was what looked like small chunks of branch in an otherwise nice and fancy teabag.

Thing is, my knowledge of green tea is next to nill. So I figured I'd go ahead and fire up the kettle and give er a try.

I let it steep for about 5 minutes before this picture.

Yes, that is a beaker with a handle. Also, I am a geek.

That said, and I don't know if it really comes across in the picture, but there is a lot of particulate matter suspended in the water. This may be normal for green tea. I have no idea what to look for, but this kinda put me off.

The taste was..... well not what I think of when I have green tea at a restaurant.

Thankfully, I had my backup regular tea to rush in as a replacement.

Yeah, that's a glass stir-rod also. I am an amateur (some would call really scary) organic chemist by hobby. But 400ml of strong black tea, plus 5ml of heavy cream and 5ml of clover honey makes for some awesome tea.

I'm weird like that.

More kit-kats tomorrow.

When I was in Houston and living on basically nothing, I used to make something as a treat from time to time.

Take one decent sized pork chop and cut it into small cubes. Dump em into a hot skillet and tumble them around until they are cooked. Small cubes dont take long, but you might want to toss in a little water from time to time to keep the pan from getting too hot. Just make sure you cook everything pretty dry before the next step. Then dump in one of those single serving containers of prepared mashed potatoes and mix around until everything is piping hot.

I still make it every now and then because it's so damn good. Regardless of how horrible it sounds, I do recommend it.

I don't see it on the package, but it could be macha, it is usually loose in the bag and you dump it in with the tea bag. It's higher grade than the stuff in the bag so usually it doesn't come with. But chunks in herbal teas is normal. Good stuff, I love herbal teas and have a cupboard with just that. Shhhh don't tell anyone.

I'd never heard this before. Some random YouTube recommendation. Pretty damn good song..

I thought matcha was tea served still in the water in which it was steeped, ground leaf and all. To be fair, the appearance didn't put me off. It was just bad tea.

Also, your secret is safe with me and my cupboard of various teas!
