When we have a chance in the valley we stop at the fruit market. Just during the summer months it really isn't worth trying to bring it all back home as it's a 4hr drive.
We are on this routine where we drive down to Seattle after our fishing season and load the truck completely full with stuff for our winter season so we hit the farm markets and snazzy grocery stores to get the stuff we won't have access to

I complain a lot about the heat here in the summer but I live in the fruit and bread basket of the world. Not only do I grow a lot of fresh vegetables but there is a farmer's market all year! I have had this all my life and would feel deprived without it.
Yes we really did sacrifice that to live here and I do miss it:pass:

It was a big change for us when we moved up here loosing all the convenience. It's got little better after a Wally World got built but still not the same.

Was taking the trash out last night when I saw this going on in the sky ran back in the house and grabbed my NEW camera, used scenes > Night Landscape hand held. All spur of the moment. Now I cannot wait to be out seriously shooting with a tripod and the such.
