After updating my pizza dough recipe, I quit ordering pizza. I do something similar to Mike's sour dough technique (sorta. I just let mine overproof for a day). It comes out yeasty, crisp, and delicious...Shut up , 300 km to the best pizza from here ..

I've had nothing to eat yesterday and hungry myself. Only pizza joint close to me is Little Caesar's and a Pizza Hut. They don't deliver out here and it's a 40 min drive just to get to them.
